What is Russian Volume?
Russian Volume is also safe for your natural lashes. Its safety not only depends on the professionalism of the Lashmaker but also the state of natural lashes and the parameters of the artificial lashes that will be used, that is, the total load on the client's natural lashes.
Load on the natural lashes
The load on the natural lashes is determined not so much by the number of artificial lashes in the fan, but by their overall weight. The primary data that determines the weight is the thickness of the artificial lash hair. For instance, if you use thick lashes of 0.2 mm for the "classic", such an increase will be heavier than with 2D volume lashes of 0.07 mm or triple lashes of 0.05 mm.
Comparing the weight of different types of lashes
Classic 1x1 lashes of 0.10 mm have approximately the same load (including the adhesive) as thin lashes of 0.07 mm in 2D or lashes of 0.05 mm in 3D.
Impact of the length of the lashes
The weight is also affected by the length of the artificial lashes. Obviously, shorter lashes will weigh less than longer ones. That's why we refuse to use 14-20 mm lashes with our clients (and not for lack of will).
Conclusion
You should not avoid a volumetric build-up for fear of ruining your natural lashes. Consult us before the procedure, indicating what effect you want to achieve. We will evaluate the condition of your lashes to point out what thickness, volume, and length option is safe for you at that time.
