Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available: Visa, MasterCard, Amrecian Express, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

Delivery Time

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
Purchase invoices will be sent with orders to the address indicated by the customer in your registration in the online store and may also be consulted in the registration account created by customer in the online store
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
The delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier. The delivery schedule is between 9:00-20:00. We do not have route information, since these depend exclusively on the transport company, which are modified daily, depending on the load destined to the zip code or pick up address. The service does not include calls prior to delivery, in case of an incident due to absence at home, the courier will try to leave a note of passage, provided there is access to the mailbox or door, with your contact information to coordinate a new delivery attempt.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the courier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
The price of the shipments is reflected in the following list:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: Delivery time varies from 1 to 2 working days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as delivery is Monday to Friday only.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are handled by Correos. Delivery time: 14-25 working days. For shipments with Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla as origin and destination, any customs holdings are not counted for delivery time purposes.

Orders are prepared at the moment of payment confirmation and at the following time:

Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside business hours will be prepared the next business day. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): €5.54 including VAT. 24 hours (working days)

Andorra: €6.21 via Correos (3-5 working days).

European Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, San Marino: €11,50 including VAT via Correos (7-10 working days).

Europe Zone 2: Croatia, Estonia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden: €16.10 via Correos (7 working days).

Europe (outside EU): Iceland, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom: €15.00 via DHL (5-7 days).

Claiming undelivered orders

The consumer and / or user, after receiving an email that your order is sent, if after a reasonable period of time does not receive the product, you can contact VEKI Lash S.L. by phone 910 410 619, WhatsApp 635 319 219, by the contact form or by mail: to clarify the cause of the delay.

Once obtained the claim, will contact the consumer and / or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on what happened.

In the last case that has no availability of the contracted good, the consumer and / or user will be informed of this lack of availability and as soon as possible will receive from the sums paid.


If, once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as you indicate it through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the e-mail address, customer service form or by telephone at the number 910 410 619 or by WhatsApp 635 319 219, indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.

Return Policy

What is the deadline to make a return?

The consumer and / or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same without stating the reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs to be borne by the consumer and / or user.

The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:

(c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.

d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

f) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment with which the user made the purchase.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, ie in perfect condition and of course can not be damaged, beaten or fahecientes evidence of use that prevent the sale of the same product again. The product must be shipped in appropriate packaging to protect it during transit.

Can I make a return in store?

If I return the product, do I get back the shipping costs I paid for the purchase?

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, he/she must complete the form provided for this purpose in the "My account" section or make another type of unequivocal statement indicating his/her decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following information:
  • Your identification data: full name and address
  • Order number appearing on the invoice sent to you with the purchased goods Name of the goods purchased

  • If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g. by post), it must be signed.

From the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the purchase, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return to VEKI Lash S.L. in perfect condition (transparent boxes, blister packs, etc.) the purchased goods along with a copy of the purchase invoice. VEKI Lash S.L. will communicate without delay to the consumer and/or user by mail or WhatsApp the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, with shipping instructions from the consumer and/or user. Upon receipt of the product or the consumer and / or user has provided reliable proof of the return of the good, will deliver without undue delay the sums delivered by the consumer and / or user.

If there is a defect in the item or it is not exactly what consumer and / or user has ordered, in this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the store. If the consumer and/or user returns the product because he/she did not want it, taking advantage of the Withdrawal Law, the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer and/or user, despite having enjoyed free shipping costs.

Shipping costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when VEKI Lash S.L. is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.
