We love this multifunctional toner from Meisani, because it can be used both as a toner, as well as in the essence step. It has a viscous texture, which aims to reinforce the skin's barrier function and boost its hydration levels, leaving a luminous and juicy complexion. Its main ingredient is rice bran, traditionally used by geishas, as they bathed in the water left over from washing rice to achieve soft, smooth and luminous skin. It is also said to effectively remove impurities while providing antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that nourish the skin. It contains panthenol, which moisturizes, soothes and helps reinforce the skin's barrier function, going so far as to repair damaged skin. While hyaluronic acid helps to capture moisture and lock it inside skin cells, promoting a fresh, hydrated appearance and plumping effect. A-B-C Complex has been introduced in its formula; the combination of allantoin, beta-glucan and ceramides. Allantoin moisturizes, soothes and softens.
