ZOLA Protein Reconstruction Lamination Kit 3 x 10 ml
Professional ZOLA Protein Reconstruction kit 3x10ml for eyebrow lamination and eyelash lifting, with microproteins, keratin, and oils.
Professional protein reconstruction system for eyebrows and eyelashes
ZOLA Protein Reconstruction Lamination Kit is a professional three-step system for brow lamination and lash lifting, formulated to shape, set, and condition the hair during the procedure.
Its technology combines microproteins, hydrolyzed keratin, plant proteins, collagen, and lipid complexes that act cosmetically on the cortex and cuticle. Processing time can be adjusted according to the thickness, porosity, resistance, and condition of the brows or lashes.
What the Protein Reconstruction kit includes
- Step 1 Protein Strong Lifting: 10ml composition to soften the hair and make it easier to place in a new direction or curvature.
- Step 2 Protein Fixer: 10ml composition that neutralizes the first step and helps set the new shape.
- Step 3 Protein Care: 10ml treatment with proteins, oils, and moisturizing components to complete the service.
The kit contains three 10ml containers.
Cortex-cuticle technology with microproteins
The system has been developed to work cosmetically on two areas of the hair: the cortex, which forms its internal structure, and the cuticle, which makes up its outer layer.
The combination of microproteins and conditioning components helps keep the hair more flexible, manageable, and shiny during and after the procedure, provided the timing and professional protocol are followed.
Benefits of the ZOLA Protein Reconstruction system
- Use for brows and lashes: enables brow lamination and natural lash lifting with a three-step system.
- Adjustable timings: adapts to fine, medium, coarse, or resistant hair through professional control of processing time.
- Shaping and setting: helps place the hair in the desired direction or curvature and stabilize the new shape.
- Microprotein complex: incorporates hydrolyzed keratin, wheat proteins, and collagen.
- Soy protein and avocado oil: present in Step 2 to support hair conditioning.
- PROTEOM Complex: combines hydrolyzed proteins of wheat, oat, ginseng, hop, and silk.
- NMF Complex: includes lactic acid, sodium lactate, and plant extracts to help maintain hydration.
- Lipid complex: contains avocado and crambe oils, plus vitamin E.
- Professional format: three 10ml compositions for salon services.
How each step works
Step 1 Protein Strong Lifting: contains cysteamine HCL, thioglycolic acid, and a microprotein complex. Its function is to make the hair structure more flexible to allow shaping and repositioning.
Step 2 Protein Fixer: neutralizes the action of the first step and helps re-form the bonds that set the hair in the new shape. Its formula includes hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed keratin, and avocado oil.
Step 3 Protein Care: completes the procedure with hydrolyzed proteins, NMF components, oils, and vitamin E to provide conditioning, softness, and shine.
Which hair types it is recommended for
Protein Reconstruction can be used on fine, normal, coarse, or resistant hair by carefully adjusting the processing time. Its action is strong, so it requires professional assessment and visual control throughout the procedure.
Thickness should not be assessed in isolation. Coarse, porous hair may react faster than coarse, smooth hair, while brows that have been previously lightened, tinted, or laminated may need shorter times.
Directions for brow lamination
Important: ZOLA recommends protecting the skin around the brows with Save Skin. Save Skin is not included and must be purchased separately.
- Preparation: wear gloves and cleanse the brows to remove makeup, oils, creams, and other residues.
- Drying: ensure the skin and hairs are completely dry.
- Protection: apply Save Skin around the brow, avoiding covering the hairs to be treated.
- Step 1: apply a small amount of Protein Strong Lifting and distribute it evenly on the hair without unnecessarily touching the skin.
- Optional occlusion: film may be used when the protocol and hair type require it.
- Control: regularly check the hair’s flexibility and condition during processing.
- Removal: completely remove Step 1 with a cotton pad or swab dampened with water.
- Shaping: position the hairs in the desired direction with appropriate applicators.
- Step 2: apply Protein Fixer evenly and keep the hairs in the new position.
- Removal of Step 2: completely remove the product with a dampened cotton pad.
- Step 3: apply Protein Care to clean hair.
- Finish: leave on for 3 to 5 minutes and remove any residue with a dampened cotton pad.
Do not use metal containers, brushes, or tools to prepare or apply the compositions.
Suggested processing times
- Fine, weak, or previously treated hair: Protein Strong Lifting for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Medium hair: Protein Strong Lifting for 7 to 9 minutes.
- Coarse or resistant hair: Protein Strong Lifting for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Protein Fixer: 7 to 8 minutes for all hair types.
- Protein Care: 3 to 5 minutes.
Times are indicative. Always check the printed instructions on the packaging and visually monitor the hair’s progress to avoid overprocessing.
Use for lash lifting
The system can also be used for natural lash lifting. Before starting, select the mold, adhesive, compensators, and applicators suitable for the length and strength of the lashes.
Apply the compositions only to the indicated area of the hair, avoiding the tips, eyelid skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Completely remove each step before proceeding to the next.
Processing time must be adapted to the thickness, porosity, condition, and previous treatments of the lashes.
Aftercare
- First 24 hours: avoid getting brows or lashes wet, intense steam, and friction.
- Oily products: avoid applying oils during the first 24 hours unless the professional protocol indicates otherwise.
- Combing: gently brush brows or lashes as needed.
- Maintenance: use care products compatible with lamination.
