Refectocil 2 Blue Black
A stunning blue black tint! Blue black is a shade of black with a gentle blue shimmer adding depth and additional sparkle, creating striking blue black stylings.
Product Features:

Ingredients:
Water, cetearyl alcohol, toluene-2,5-diamine, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, PEG-40 castor oil, sodium cetearyl sulfate, 2,6-diaminopyridine, CI 77007.
Sensitivity Test:
There is a small number of individuals who show an allergic reaction to hair dyes. In very rare cases, this reaction can be severe. To reduce the risk of an allergic reaction, it's important to conduct a skin sensitivity test. This test should be performed 48-72 hours before every application. Instructions: Mix 1 cm of RefectoCil® Tint for Eyelashes and Eyebrows with 5 drops of Liquid Oxidant (or Mix 1:1 with RefectoCil® Cream Oxidant). Apply a small amount to a small area of the inner elbow fold or behind the ear. Allow to dry and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours, then clean thoroughly. If any irritation occurs during this time, do not carry out the treatment.
